After the cyclone

The winds have died down, but the canvas still vibrates.
Spirals, flashes and ripples bear witness to past tumult,
as if the colors themselves had danced in the turmoil.
Each trace, each point seems a memory of the breath
which turned everything upside down — and gave way to a new energy.
It is a world in joyful reconstruction,
where chaos becomes rhythm, and disorder, poetry.
