Un nouveau talent de la peinture
At the Metz-Queuleu cultural centre, president Marie-Paule Hinschberger presented the first prize of the 2011 Nouveaux talents de la peinture to Caroline Pons, chosen by the public’s vote.
The paper notes she had been painting for only three years, drew on Aboriginal designs and oriental fabrics, and — a rare feat — took the top two places.
